Over 150 buildings and sites open their doors for Doors Open Toronto, a city-wide celebration recognized as one of Toronto’s most culturally significant events.

Join us on Saturday, May 25 at Toronto’s historic Elgin and Winter Garden Theatres. Visit the world’s last operating double-decker theatre — and learn about its history from vaudeville stage to movie house to live theatre venue. Visit the original and new lobbies, the Elgin Theatre and the Winter Garden Theatre, see samples from the world’s largest collection of vaudeville scenery and sneak a peek at the future home of Canada’s Theatre Museum.
