Canada’s Theatre Museum will be opening its doors at our new location that will connect to audiences in three ways through:
Our exciting new museum space will be an integral part of Canada’s theatre community, past, present and future with space for dynamic exhibits, presentations and educational programming.
Planning and design work is underway with Toronto-based international multidisciplinary design firm Reich&Petch.

Canada’s Theatre Museum is located inside the Elgin & Winter Garden Theatres at 189 Yonge Street, directly across from the Eaton Centre in Toronto.
We are easily accessible by public transit, the nearest subway stations being Queen and Dundas.
There is a municipal parking lot within minutes of the museum, located on the south side of Queen Street, east of Victoria (directly opposite the south entrance of St. Michael’s Hospital).
There is also a parking lot located within the Eaton Centre, which can be accessed via Shuter Street.
